1.How do you think we can build a business relationship when we are also mould maker?
You can order custom mold components from us to enlarge you capacity and save cost. We have some Europe customers which is also mold factory and they never been to China, we are their first supplier in China, and our quality meet their Europe standard. At very beginning they just order the mold components from us like sliders, ejector pins, lifters… we make it for them and send the components to them, and they assemble it by themselves. In this way they can enlarge their capacity and save cost by getting the mold components with Chinese price. When they getting more competitive by this way, they get more order. And then they order from us complete mold include design to meet their ever-increasing demands. We achieve win-win by this cooperation.
2.How we see your quality and products everything is OK?
Every parts after every process we will inspect, when the inspection passed, then we will go to the next process. And also when the parts are finished we will send you a complete measurement report, and photos for every parts. When you confirmed the measurement report and the photos. Then we will deliver it to you.
3.We didn’t order from China before how can we start?
At beginning some of our customers are also do not have any mold or mold components made in China. Actually we are their first Chinese supplier. And we told them how to delivery how to cooperate with us step by step. And we can also do the same process.
4.What is your procedure to design, built and deliver the tooling to our country?
Procedure flow: Firstly, we will make DFM to you to confirm the design concept such as gating position, parting line etc (Moldflow can be provided together if needed). After you confirmed, then we start 3D design, after design finished and confirmed, then we manufacturing the tooling, when the tooling is completed, we will tryout the tooling and send you the samples and FAI report, if parts not approval then we will repair the tooling and tryout again until successful tryout and parts get approved then we deliver the tooling.
Delivery: We can ship by Express, air freight or by sea, that will according to molds weight and delivery date, usually if the weight under 300kg and date very urgent we suggest use Express(like DHL,TNT,UPS) takes 4-6 work days can be arrival. If that over 300kg will be better ship by air freight (around 10 days) or by sea (around 45 days).
5.Can you trial the mold in your company when I ordered?
Yes for sure. We have injection machines for mold trial, and when the mold size is too big for our injection machines or our injection machines are too busy at the moment then we will trial the mold at the mold trial company near us, you know in China this area have a lot of mold trial company.
